Attended a summer immersion trip with the Farmworker Family Health Program in Moultrie, GA. During the week, I provided health screenings for children migrant farmworkers during the morning, and screenings for adult farmworkers in the evenings. I also assisted with Spanish translation.
CCHC is a low-income clinic that primarily serves the local refugee population. As a volunteer, I take vital signs, perform lab draws, provide patient education, and provide Spanish translation.
